1. What is our serving area?

North food Group sells nationwide. Our fleet delivers five states, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Kansas. In Dallas-Fort Worth area, we provide delivery service Mon-Sat.

2. What is the difference between a Guest account and a Customer account?

For guest account: You can simply create a guest account by yourself through our website. With a guest account, you can view and purchase our products on shopnfg.com. Online orders are picked up only at Dallas warehouse.
For customer account: Extra saving! You will receive special deals in your account every week. You can either pick up your order or apply for delivery. To apply for a customer account, please submit your CREDIT APPLICATION to our customer service team at customer@shopnfg.com.

3. What is your delivery schedule?

For DFW next day delivery, please place your order before 5pm, any order after 5 pm will be count toward the next day.
For out of state service, please contact us at customer@shopnfg.com.

4. What payment methods you accept?

We only accept cash and credit card for guest account. Customer account can pay with term.

5. What do I need to do after I placed an order online?

You will receive a confirmation email after you placed and order. For pick up order, please show your order confirmation to staff so that we can better assist you.

6. Where can I pick up my online order?

All online orders are picked up only at Dallas warehouse: 1245 N Royal Ln, Dallas, TX 75261.

7. What is your cut off time?

For pick up order: Our cut off time is 11:59pm for next day service. We close on Sunday and major national holidays.
For delivery order: Please contact our customer service team for further details. We close on Sunday and major national holidays.

8. Can I leave notes for my order?

Yes, you can leave your notes/comments in the comment box at the check-out page.

9. How to make a return?

10. Do you offer bulk discount for online order?

Yes, we have bulk discount for most of our products. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team or your sales representative for more details.
